Wow this is such a cute bloom. What a pleasant surprise! Other gardeners tend to discard it but I just let it grow. The plant never fail to produce leaves. I guess this is the advantage of living in tropical climate that is so natural to this kind of plants. They just flourish and flourish ;-)

What a robust spathe. I get many such spathes from my huge Philodendrum.
I'd much prefer my caladiums to put all their energy into producing leaves, but I can't be upset at a spathe though. :)
